This policy outlines the process and timelines for granting access to our courses and the issuance of completion certificates.
1. Access to Online Courses
- Activation: Access to online course materials, including login credentials for our learning portal, will be provided via email.
- Timeline: Access will be granted within 48 business hours after the successful verification of all required admission documents and the confirmation of payment (full fee or the first installment).
- Student Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a correct and active email address and checking your inbox, including the spam/junk folder, for our communications.
2. Commencement of Offline & Practical Classes
- Notification: You will be notified of the official start dates, class schedules, and location details for all in-person lectures and practical training sessions via a direct phone call or message to your registered contact number.
3. Issuance of Certificates
Please note that certificates are provided after the successful completion of all course requirements and only after they have been issued to us by the respective Educational Board or University.
- For Offline Courses: A physical copy of the certificate must be collected in person from the institute’s office once you have been notified that it is ready.
- For Online Courses: A physical copy of the certificate must also be collected in person from the institute.
